C3-Wireless Troubleshoots North Texas Medical Center's Wireless Network Issues. |

When faced with increasing
connectivity issues over their wireless network, North Texas Medical
Center (NTMC) realized they needed the help of wireless experts to
identify the problems. They enlisted C3-Wireless, LLC, a
consulting service company specializing in mission-critical wireless
networking services, to help remedy the issues. Using a combination of RF spectrum analysis, protocol analysis and site survey tools, C3-Wireless was able to find numerous sources of unexpected interference. C3-Wireless was also able to use their experience to identify how NTMC's workflow affected their connectivity, and how minor adjustments could improve performance. C3-Wireless was also able to identify where coverage holes existed and where too many access points were interfering with each other. Once NTMC was able to understand the issues, they were able to make the changes necessary to ensure reliable and consistent connectivity.
